2. Es Vedrá Location (Limited Accessibility for 2025):
   – Current Status: Due to anticipated changes in 2025, including potential parking closures, we cannot guarantee Es Vedrá as a picnic location unless a private space is secured.
   Access Restrictions: The main Mirador Es Vedrá parking is expected to be closed, making access more difficult.
   Alternative Solution: If Es Vedrá is inaccessible, we will arrange a similarly stunning Mediterranean Sea view location for an unforgettable experience.
   Flexibility: If it becomes possible, we will absolutely aim to organize it there.
3. Private scenic locations
   We carefully select private locations in Ibiza to ensure the best experience for your group event or marriage proposal. While public spots might seem tempting, they often come with crowds, distractions, and unpredictable conditions.

   Whenever possible, we recommend a private setting, where you can enjoy exclusivity, comfort, and uninterrupted moments without compromising the beauty and atmosphere of the location. This guarantees a stress-free experience, allowing you to focus on the occasion rather than dealing with onlookers or disturbances.

   By choosing a private location, you also get the chance to explore hidden, less-traveled gems on the island—creating a truly unique and intimate experience.

That being said, if you have specific preferences or wish to organize the picnic in certain areas of the island, we are more than happy to accommodate your special requests when possible. We will do our best to find secret and charming locations based on the privacy level, accessibility, view and the experience booked.

Please note that, in accordance with the Balearics regulations, we are unable to organize picnics or events on beaches.

Event Timing

When booking, please advise the time at which you would like to have your secret picnic organised. When booked in advance, we have flexibility to lock in your desired time for your event.
During day time events (not sunset), the locations would be more private and exclusive to you. We are also more flexible about where we can organise the event for you.

If you wish to organize the experience during sunset hours, we suggest starting the picnic 1.5hrs before sunset. This way it will conclude 30 minutes after the sunset. This timing allows for you to be escorted to your transportation before the dark sets in.
The Fairytale Package is designed for 1.5hrs, therefore we recommend arriving at the location 1 hr prior sunset time.

A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. This booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid online before, or in cash on the day of the booking.

For any event cancelled within 24 hours, without notice, we will terminate the booking and no refund is being processed. Cancelling an event with more than 72 hours notice will allow you to keep a credit on file for a future booking.

Although we have 300 days of sunshine in Ibiza, we will closely monitor weather forecast in the days before your event.

In the case of expected rain/wet weather, you have up to 48 hours prior to the event to decide if you want to reschedule.

Any cancellation will result in loss of the 50% non-refundable retainer.

If you wish to enjoy it longer, please let us know and we are happy to accomodate when possible. For each additional hour a €100 fee will apply when possible. For larger groups, please enquire as the rate might differ.

If you choose to book a photographer for your picnic event, we will take care of all the arrangements and coordination with some of the finest photographers in Ibiza. This ensures that your special moments are beautifully captured and preserved forever.

After the photoshoot, the editing process takes approximately 3-7 business days, and you will receive a complete gallery with at least 80+ stunning high-resolution images to cherish.

For an even more unforgettable experience, you can add a drone video to your luxury picnic. Imagine breathtaking aerial footage of your special moment, showcasing Ibiza’s natural beauty from a unique perspective.

Please note that drone footage is unedited, and the additional cost for this service is +€120.

There is only one authorized taxi company that operates across the entire island of Ibiza, and it is known as Radio Taxi. You can contact them by dialing the general number +34 971 33 33 33, and the operators speak good English.

As of 2024, Uber has launched in Ibiza and operates similarly to regular taxis. However, during the summer months, Uber wait times can be just as long as traditional taxis. The main advantage is that the Uber app provides real-time updates, making it easier to track your ride. That said, if no taxis are available, Uber will not be a viable option either.

Private Transfers – Our Recommended Option

If you are not hiring a car in Ibiza and looking for alternatives, we strongly recommend booking a private transfer. Taxi Considerations – Challenges to Be Aware Of

We understand that a round-trip private transfer may not be for everyone, so as an alternative, we suggest taking a taxi to the picnic location. In most cases, hailing a taxi from your hotel or accommodation is relatively easy.

However, getting a taxi in the evening back to your accommodation might be challenging. Based on our experience:

• Taxi operators do not provide accurate wait times, making it unpredictable.
• You could risk waiting up to an hour for a taxi, which may cause you to miss other reservations or plans.

To ensure a stress-free experience, we highly recommend pre-booking a private transfer for your return trip.

Yes! You can add extra food during the booking process.

We also offer sushi platters and other custom food options upon request. If you have specific food or beverage preferences, please contact us, and we’ll arrange it for you.

Our vegetarian and vegan menu options are designed to be fresh, delicious, and suitable for Ibiza’s warm climate.

For our guests with allergies – before placing your booking, please inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with specific and strong allergies.
