The terms and conditions stated below (“Terms and Conditions”) must be accepted and agreed by every guest of Ibiza Secret Picnic (“Client/(s)”). By making a booking with Ibiza Secret Picnic, the clients are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Thank you.

Bookings and cancellations

We endeavour to provide our guests with a unique Ibiza experience that they will never forget. Due to our high number of bookings and requests, the 50% deposits are not refundable. This is because we most probably must turn down other bookings to accommodate yours. We will however provide a credit to your account valued at the amount you paid, which you are able to use for any bookings made within 8 months, if you cancel more than 72hrs from your reserved date. If your cancellation is closer to your booking than 72 hrs, no refund or credit is being provided.

What happens if it rains?

Even though the island of Ibiza has more than 300 days of sunshine a year, we always keep an eye on the weather to ensure an amazing Ibiza experience. In the case of rain/wet weather, the Customer has up to 48 hours prior to the Picnic to decide if they want to make alternate arrangements at an indoor location or reschedule the event. If we go ahead with the Picnic and we can’t offer the service because of the weather, the 50% is not refundable – as costs have been already allocated and spent for the event. 

If we reschedule, the Client has a 8 month limit following the cancelled event for re-booking and must be of equal or higher value.

Photographic Materials

We will strive to photograph images and videos for you and your party at no extra charge, which we will edit and ensure they are the best instagrammable memories. If you are happy with the images, some of them we might post online. We will repost your own pictures that you share with your community, as we are proud of our happy clients. We assume that you have read the terms & conditions and have agreed to this. However, at any point you wish to opt out of this and you do not allow your pictures online, please let us know. In this case, we will not post any images of you.

When booking our wedding proposal planning services, we include the optional services of a professional photographer to capture the special moment. By agreeing to our services, clients understand that we may use these photos for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels, unless they request otherwise.

Damages/ Losses

We have never had an unpleasant situation with any of our guests regarding damages, however if there are any rugs, cushions with food/alcohol stains that require professional cleaning, the client might be liable for these costs. We do ask for common sense from our clients to not leave the picnic equipment unattended and leave before the agreed time of meeting up to collect the setup. If they do so and items are missing or lost, this must be covered by the client at full retail price. We are always available on the phone, so if you need to leave before the agreed time, please let us know and we will be with you in a heart beat.
