Gift Vouchers

Thank you for your trust and for making someone happy with a unique Ibiza experience

• All of our voucher holders will be attended with extra care, as a gratitude to the loved ones who organised this gift for them.
• The vouchers are valid for one year after purchase.
• Under request and special circumstances, they can be extended to up to two years.
• Gift vouchers for explicit packages, such as Es Vedra Sunset Celebration, may be used for the intended experience for up to one year from purchase, after which they will automatically convert to a monetary voucher if there has been an extension to up to two years.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
• At time of booking, guest must identify themselves as a voucher holder when making their reservation and quote the voucher number.
• Vouchers may be used for more than one transaction and the balance will be reduced accordingly. Cash refunds are not permitted.
